Pizza
You won’t find this
Italian classic anywhere else in Charlotte, yet it’s perfectly suited
to southern appetites and cooking styles. Not to be confused with wood
fired oven-baked pizzas, our grilled pizzas are cooked from start to
finish on an open fire. The grill infuses the crust with a smoky,
grilled flavor. and adds a special texture to the crust that is not
possible with traditional baking methods. Grill marks will be visible
and the slight charring of the crust adds to the character. Toppings
are lightly applied to help balance the flavors. |
