creating a slightly sweet pleasing sauce enrich with melted brie and
served with homemade angel hair and summer roasted vegetables.

medallions cook to medium, or your liking, topped with caramelized onion,
grape tomato and balsamic compote, plated with summer roasted vegetables
and rosemary bread.
Meatball Parmesan Dinner
for those who prefer more meat than
spaghetti, this dinner features three of our homemade meatballs served
with a side of spaghetti and baked with provolone cheese.
Shrimp and Spiedie Salad
a skewer of our beef spiedies paired with
large shrimp over a salad of mixed greens, plum tomatoes, dried
cranberries, gorgonzola crumbles, slivered and glazed almonds tossed with
house vinaigrette.
Spinach, Strawberry and
Fried Goat Cheese Salad
tender baby spinach combine with fresh
strawberries, hearts of palm, chopped walnuts and a slightly sweet poppy
seed dressing, topped with crispy goat cheese round.
