Shrimp and Spiedie Salad a skewer of our beef spiedies paired with large shrimp over a salad of mixed greens, plum tomatoes, dried cranberries, gorgonzola crumbles, slivered and glazed almonds tossed with house vinaigrette.
Shrimp and “Grits”our version of “Southern” cooking with a touch of Italy, this features large gulf shrimp and mushroom brown sauce served with crisp polenta cake for the “grits”.
*Cod Fillet with Shrimp and Lobster Cream Atlantic cod fillet, pan seared with a pair of large gulf shrimp, finished in our oven and plated with a lobster cream sauce, crisp polenta cake and fresh asparagus. (cod is a meaty, mild fish with a firm texture. This is fish we grew up with and continue to enjoy at our house.)
*Veal Parmesan an old classic of top round veal cutlets pounded thin and prepared with seasoned breadcrumbs, baked in our oven with mozzarella, provolone and our traditional sauce, served with a side of homemade fettucine.

Chicken and Spinach Lasagna with Mushroom Sauce layers of fresh pasta sheets filled with roasted chicken, chopped spinach and three cheeses topped with a mushroom sauce with diced proscuitto.
Homemade Fettuccine with Baby Spinach and Beans this dish features our homemade fettuccine tossed with baby spinach, cannelini beans, fresh tomato, slivered garlic and extra-virgin olive oil tossed in a light parmesan broth.
Gnocchi Bolognese this rich meat sauce featuring ground pork and beef originated in Bologna, Italy. We serve it with potato gnocchi (dumplings), or pasta of your choice.
*Wheat Penne Pasta hearty wheat penne pasta in a sauce with artichoke hearts, baby spinach, diced tomato, white wine, fresh herbs and goat cheese.
