*Two Cheese Melt with Garlic Toast

we pour tomato-basil sauce over a mascarpone and goat cheese mold to allow it to gently melt and serve it with crisp garlic toast for scooping.  

 

*Chicken with Apricots and Brie

pan seared fresh chicken breast in a reduction of burgundy wine, orange juice, apricot puree and lemon juice, creating a slightly sweet pleasing sauce enrich with melted brie and served with homemade angel hair and summer roasted vegetables.  

 

*Seared Beef Tenderloin Medallions

pan seared tenderloin medallions cook to medium, or your liking, topped with caramelized onion, grape tomato and balsamic compote, plated with summer roasted vegetables and rosemary bread. 

 

Meatball Parmesan Dinner

for those who prefer more meat than spaghetti, this dinner features three of our homemade meatballs served with a side of spaghetti and baked with provolone cheese. 

 

Shrimp and Spiedie Salad

a skewer of our beef spiedies paired with large shrimp over a salad of mixed greens, plum tomatoes, dried cranberries, gorgonzola crumbles, slivered and glazed almonds tossed with house vinaigrette.

 

Spinach, Strawberry and Fried Goat Cheese Salad

tender baby spinach combine with fresh strawberries, hearts of palm, chopped walnuts and a slightly sweet poppy seed dressing, topped with crispy goat cheese round.

Bistro Style Entrees

Many customers have asked us to offer smaller portions, so these dishes have slightly smaller portions than we have typically given.

*Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower, Arugula, Proscuitto and Ricotta

cauliflower florets roasted till caramelized, then sautéed with virgin olive oil, grape tomatoes, proscuitto, arugula and garlic, tossed with bow-tie pasta and topped with herbed ricotta cheese.  

 

Homemade Fettuccine with Baby Spinach and Beans

this dish features our homemade fettuccine tossed with baby spinach, cannelini beans, fresh tomato, slivered garlic and extra-virgin olive oil tossed in a light parmesan broth.

    

Gnocchi Bolognese

this rich meat sauce featuring ground pork and beef originated in Bologna, Italy.  We serve it with potato gnocchi (dumplings), or pasta of your choice.
